If the temp falls close to freezing temps put a heater down there.Also keep a faucet running at a slight trickle.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>if your able to go to a store get some heat tape that wraps around your pipes and it plugs in to keep them warm. Or you could get some pipe wrap it is like a roll of stiff styrofoam and it wraps your pipes also. hopes this helps&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
