    Thank you …
    Thank you parasis6588.

Other than the age of the houses and the temperatures, it looks like we’re in the same boat. What are these people thinking by running the pipes in the edge of the concrete in our houses?

Ours needs temps just below 20 F to freeze, but not 20 below ;-) I hope your situation is better than that.

We appreciate your comment! Good luck in finding a resolution for your problem, too.

    Oh man… I know …
Oh man… I know what you’re going through in the sense that my shower froze recently. It’s been a little over a week and I’m going insane. Difference being that I’m in a 50 year old place that has possibly one of the worst plumbing jobs in history (the bath pipes are actually in non-insulated concrete on the side of the house), in Quebec Canada, and it’s been -20 to -40 for the past 2 weeks.

What you’re going through in unacceptable, and I really hope they finally come through. Good luck =/

We agree, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. All we can do is provide a resource to help others from being trapped in a web of shoddy workmanship.

Since we can present evidence of Syncon’s defects in our house and their homebuyer treatment, buyers can weigh the realities against the sales hype that they hear and read. We hope it would provide them with insight into issues that may have remained overlooked. They can then make an educated decision for themselves.

    These guys …
These guys shouldn’t be allowed to buid a dog house.

    Thanks chuckurs!

    Thanks chuckurs!

We agree! You’re absolutley right, and we only showed a few of the defects in this house.

Syncon Homes should also not be allowed to advertise that they build “superior homes” or that they “deliver the highest levels of quality.” Our Syncon Homes house proves otherwise.

So yes, we probably are headed to court if they don’t change their ways. We first have to let them try to fix things, but they’re already proving that their repairs are just as bad as their construction.

    take them to court …
take them to court and make them buy it back….they should not be allowed to build such shoddy homes
