Other than the age of the houses and the temperatures, it looks like we’re in the same boat. What are these people thinking by running the pipes in the edge of the concrete in our houses?

Ours needs temps just below 20 F to freeze, but not 20 below I hope your situation is better than that.

We agree, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. All we can do is provide a resource to help others from being trapped in a web of shoddy workmanship.

Since we can present evidence of Syncon’s defects in our house and their homebuyer treatment, buyers can weigh the realities against the sales hype that they hear and read. We hope it would provide them with insight into issues that may have remained overlooked. They can then make an educated decision for themselves.

We agree! You’re absolutley right, and we only showed a few of the defects in this house.

Syncon Homes should also not be allowed to advertise that they build “superior homes” or that they “deliver the highest levels of quality.” Our Syncon Homes house proves otherwise.

So yes, we probably are headed to court if they don’t change their ways. We first have to let them try to fix things, but they’re already proving that their repairs are just as bad as their construction.
